We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes program overview, position responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, physical demands, work environment, EEO etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should drop EEO statement, maybe also "Learn more at plcCommunity.org." That's not boilerplate but maybe part of overview? It's okay to keep? It's not a heading. It's a sentence; we can keep as part of program overview paragraph. We need headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (maybe program overview) - Responsibilities (position responsibilities) - Qualifications (qualifications) - Benefits (benefits) - Physical Demands? Not in list of allowed headings but we could maybe include under "Requirements"? But they said use those headings as examples; we can also create other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings; but we could also use other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those. Physical Demands could go under Requirements or Qualifications? Might be better to include a section "Requirements" for physical demands? But they said "Requirements" as example. We could put physical demands under Requirements. However we also have qualifications separate. Could combine qualifications and requirements? But we have both qualifications and responsibilities. The posting includes qualifications (education, licensure, experience, etc.) and also physical demands and work environment. Those could be under "Requirements". But we already have a Qualifications section; we could keep Qualifications for education/licensure/experience, and Requirements for physical demands/work environment. However the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use Requirements and Qualifications both. We need to avoid empty sections. Ensure we have substantive content. Let's extract content: Program Overview: "Progressive Life Center, Inc. (PLC) is a Black-led organization, providing culturally-sensitivity human services to children, youth and families in the District of Columbia and surrounding Maryland, throughout Greater Philadelphia, and in most of Delaware. PLC’s array of community-based services includes foster care and adoption, independent living for youth aging out of foster care, family preservation, juvenile diversion, and parenting skills training. For more than two decades, PLC has earned accreditation from the prestigious Council on Accreditation (COA) for its demonstration of excellence in the delivery of services and achievement of outcomes. Learn more at plcCommunity.org. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Foster Care program provides comprehensive long-term temporary child placement services.
