About the role
This onsite Boise-based role leads staffing and onboarding efforts for multiple locations. You will work closely with operational leadership to identify staffing needs, attract talent with relevant experience, and create a smooth transition from candidate selection through new employee orientation. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end staffing activities for hourly and management positions across multiple sites, from intake discussions through accepted offers.
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, job postings, and ongoing outreach to talent in relevant labor markets.
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and guide selected individuals through the interview process with staffing leaders.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure an efficient, well-organized experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare employment offers and manage pre-start steps such as background-related documentation, onboarding paperwork, and staffing compliance tasks.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees by ensuring timely completion of required forms, orientation steps, and readiness for day one.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking updates, and staffing documentation within designated systems, including Paycom when applicable.
- Partner with operations leaders on workforce planning efforts by monitoring staffing activity, identifying staffing trends, and supporting talent needs across locations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or onboarding support.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and management-level roles.
- Experience sourcing candidates in high-volume recruitment environments using a variety of recruiting channels.
- Experience recruiting in multi-location, high-volume environments is preferred, including consumer services, retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive services, convenience stores, property management, or similar industries.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Working knowledge of onboarding processes, pre-employment coordination, and new employee documentation.
- Experience using Paycom or a similar HRIS or recruiting platform.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
