Recruiter
About the role
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to support business hiring needs. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work, and partners closely with hiring managers to attract both active and passive talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements
- Work with leaders to define roles upfront, including clarifying scope, success measures, and indicators of strong performance
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including job postings, targeted sourcing, employment marketing, and passive talent outreach
- Leverage advanced and AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified talent
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruiting software to manage candidates and maintain accurate records
- Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, college recruiting, and local talent outreach
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence across stakeholders
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Consistently upholds confidentiality and professionalism
- Minimum of four (4) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Expertise in traditional, advanced, and creative sourcing techniques
- Advanced experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate pipeline management and reporting; iCIMS experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience negotiating offers and supporting compensation discussions
- Customer-focused mindset with urgency, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to travel to recruiting events as needed
- High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Must meet company minimum driving standards
Pay
Min USD $70,000.00/Yr. Max USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Schedule
Hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work.
