Role Description
UST is searching for a Recruiter Associate III to support the recruitment process in a country/sub-region. The ideal candidate will provide market insights and talent availability recommendations to hiring teams.
Opportunity
- Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region
- Create and implement the selection matrix for recruitment channels and sources
- Explore and implement best practices in recruitment and staffing
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with labor legislation and monitor recruitment costs
- Manage the recruitment of managers to executive-level positions
- Proactively source candidates from the internet and competition for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize ATS systems for sourcing, reporting, and metrics
- Train and mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools
- Partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
- Utilize recruitment budget within given targets
- Participate in global staffing initiatives as a country/regional representative
What You Need
- 7-10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductors, or advanced hardware environments
- Experience recruiting for roles in HR and Legal
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high growth or complex organizations
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics
Technical Skills
- Required: Strong background/experience in recruiting for HR-specific roles
- Desired: Semiconductor experience, Work with tech organizations
- Computer Skills: Required: Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn
Soft Skills
- Required: Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: California Compensation Range: $48,000-$72,000
