Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches across engineering, product, operations, and business.
- Owning 4-6 concurrent searches from first outreach to offer close.
- Keep pipelines moving and hiring managers informed.
- Source and identify candidates through proactive methods like LinkedIn, boolean, and referrals.
- Build pipelines and follow-up on leads.
- Contribute to recruiting operations by keeping ATS data clean and flagging breakdowns early.
- Surface pipeline health insights to the team.
- Partner with hiring managers to run structured kickoffs, set expectations, and keep them engaged.
- Coach hiring managers towards better evaluation.
- Evaluate rigorously and escalate concerns early.
- Hold a high bar for quality over speed.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup, tech company, or staffing/agency environment.
- Technical recruiting exposure is a plus, but not required.
- Curiosity as your core instrument. Ask the fewest, sharpest questions to understand what a candidate actually wants and sell to that.
- A growing eye for talent. Learn to read past the credential and be curious about what makes a good candidate good.
- Quality over speed. Make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and course-correct based on what you learn.
- Proactive sourcing. Build pipelines and work both inbound and outbound leads.
- Follow-through across many searches. Run several searches at once without letting candidates or hiring managers go dark.
- Comfort in ambiguity. Move in a fast environment without needing every step defined first.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read past credentials and assess true potential.
- Proven ability to source and identify top talent.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting software.
