About the role

As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. You will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics to drive our growth.

The Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development, and acting as client lead for assigned groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers while meeting customer service level agreements.

The candidate must successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against timelines, thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. They should possess the ability to prioritize time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.

This role can be based in Seattle, WA; Nashville, TN; or Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies.
  • Set benchmarks and metrics for recruiting performance.
  • Manage and prioritize searches to meet tight deadlines.
  • Act as client lead for assigned groups, fostering collaboration within the recruiting team.
  • Drive process improvement and strategy development for talent acquisition.
  • Build dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
  • Generate and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring high-quality placements.
  • Lead or participate in high-volume and niche hiring events, technology mixers, and meetups.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • Experience with contact management systems or applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance at technology meetups and user groups.

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: $50,900.00 - $89,100.00 USD annually.
  • USA, VA, Arlington: $56,600.00 - $99,100.00 USD annually.
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $80,200.00 - $99,100.00 USD annually.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
