Recruiting Business Partner , Physical Stores
About the role

As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. You will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. The role involves working with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development, and acting as client lead for assigned groups.
The candidate must successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against timelines, thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. You will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners, with a reputation for exceptional candidate generation, client/account management, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent attraction strategies
- Set benchmarks and metrics for recruiting processes
- Manage and prioritize searches against tight deadlines
- Act as client lead for assigned groups, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Work with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators to improve processes and strategies
- Provide efficient, effective, and quality-driven service to internal customers
- Prioritize customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in or lead high-volume and niche hiring events, technology mixers, and technology meetups
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance at technology meetups and user groups
Location
This role can be based in Seattle, WA; Nashville, TN; or Arlington, VA.
Pay
- USA, TN, Nashville: $50,900.00 - $89,100.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: $56,600.00 - $99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $80,200.00 - $99,100.00 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
