This is an 11-month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert, located in either Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the offer, closing, and onboarding process.
  • Provide data-driven guidance on compensation, job leveling, and offer strategy.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, structured interview coordination, and efficient offer execution.
  • Manage employment-based immigration cases and partner with internal immigration teams to support visa sponsorships and transfers.
  • Own the end-to-end offer process, including approvals, offer generation, extensions, negotiations, and acceptance.
  • Respond to pre-boarding questions and coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and support interviewer calibration to maintain consistent hiring standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with recruiters, compensation teams, immigration specialists, and hiring managers to support hiring objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting offer management and candidate closing operations.
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline, including 50+ candidates simultaneously through offer and onboarding stages.
  • Strong experience managing offer approvals, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Experience supporting employment-based immigration processes and partnering with immigration teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and meet service level agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Experience maintaining accurate data in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Pay

Pay range for this position will be $54.00 - $59.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
