About the role

Our client, a global diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, is seeking an experienced contract Recruiting Business Partner to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to work onsite in Seattle, WA (100% onsite) on an 11‑month contract with potential for hire or extension, partnering with hiring managers across the Commercial and Public Sectors to drive recruiting for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer process
• Provide data‑driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy
• Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processes
• Manage immigration cases and partner with internal immigration teams to ensure timely visa sponsorship and transfers
