Job Description

Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80-90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.

System Management: Submitting candidates into systems and managing data within the ATS.

AI systems to source.

Onboarding Ramp-up: Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2.

Must Haves

• Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview).
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems.
