About the role
Comscore is looking for a Recruiter skilled in recruiting specialized technical talent as well as sales and operational roles. We are looking for an expert in recruiting with a background in a fast-paced and full-cycle recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Software engineering, new technologies in Big Data, data analysis and data science. A passion for the internet and the digital world is also a valuable attribute with exposure to the online media/ digital advertising industry being a big plus. This individual will also be actively sourcing on Sales, Marketing, and Product roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates for our open roles
- Responsible for hiring Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Sales professionals
- Strategically advise hiring managers on best practices and develop creative solutions for identifying and hiring technical talent
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct screenings to ensure candidates meet qualifications before sending them to hiring managers
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, managers, and their interview team
- Prepare and extend verbal and written offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to HR
- Utilize a wide variety of recruiting sources such as job boards, professional networking sites and social media
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a strong pipeline of qualified resources
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle recruiting environment
- A combination of staffing industry, executive search, and/or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment where priorities can quickly change
- Ability to collaborate with peers in a team-oriented structure
- Great writing and communication skills
- In-depth experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required (Workday) and LinkedIn (Recruiter)
Qualifications
Salary: $65,000-$75,000; Commensurate with experience

$65,000-$75,000; Commensurate with experience
