Job Summary

Walker Healthforce is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join their team and contribute to the growth of a lucrative recruiting sector. This is a 3-days a week (MWF) in-office role.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to personal growth and development while being a trusted, key contributor for an industry leader in Healthcare Technology for Payer and Provider organizations nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience is ideal.
• Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit and a metrics-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and recruiting best practices.
