Summary Job Description

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

Essential Functions

  • Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited
  • Developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
  • Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
  • Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Required Demonstrates customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience

Skills And Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Intermediate

  • The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
  • Cash Compensation Ranges for the position are below:
    • Pay Type Salaried
    • Minimum Pay Range 58000
    • Maximum Pay Range 62000
