Responsibilities

• Screens applications
• Conducts phone interviews
• Submits applicants to managers
• Manages talent pools
• Coordinates face-to-face interviews
• Disposes candidates
• Presents with hiring managers to guide the hiring process
• Works closely with hiring managers through regular conference calls to understand hiring needs
• Grows and fosters high-touch relationships with qualified active and passive talent
• Collaborates with Service Center Managers, Regional Human Resources Managers, and Human Resources leadership to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Analyzes various reports and metrics on a regular basis to gain insight as it relates to applicants and applicant traffic
• Utilizes job postings/ads, networking, job fairs, college visits, and other means to attract potential job applicants
• Coordinates recruiting initiatives to develop strategies for enhancing Company diversity
• Stays current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent
• Partners with Human Resources Specialists and the Marketing Supervisor as needed for advertising campaigns
• Serves as a knowledge and training resource for hiring managers
• Analyzes feedback from new hire onboarding/exit surveys to evaluate and streamline processes as needed

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience
• Experience utilizing a Human Capital Management (HCM) System and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• A High School diploma or GED
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, or related certification (preferred)

Qualifications
