Responsibilities
- Screens resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates.
- Coincides interviews, drug screens, and hiring process communications.
- Schedules candidates for New Hire orientation using a standardized, scripted process.
- Maintains accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate data.
- Engages in sourcing and screening activities, balancing time effectively between direct candidate interaction (75%) and sourcing/administration (25%).
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- Previous Talent Acquisition experience within a manufacturing plant environment is required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing talent acquisition role; 1+ year preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred.
- Experience with job boards and recruiting software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and remain target-driven.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required for conversion to full-time employment (FTE).
- 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience.
