Responsibilities

  • Screens resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coincides interviews, drug screens, and hiring process communications.
  • Schedules candidates for New Hire orientation using a standardized, scripted process.
  • Maintains accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate data.
  • Engages in sourcing and screening activities, balancing time effectively between direct candidate interaction (75%) and sourcing/administration (25%).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Previous Talent Acquisition experience within a manufacturing plant environment is required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing talent acquisition role; 1+ year preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred.
  • Experience with job boards and recruiting software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain target-driven.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required for conversion to full-time employment (FTE).
  • 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience.
