Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top-tier technical and sales talent, with a focus on Business Operations and Strategy.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches for roles such as Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
- Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs.
- Experiment with innovative sourcing approaches and creative search techniques to tap into non-obvious talent pools.
- Proactively identify pipeline obstacles and develop solutions independently.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication.
- Take ownership of pipeline metrics and refine approaches based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sourcing technical and sales talent, including expertise in recruiting for roles such as Solution Architects, demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
