A Recruiter Trainee Program Overview
The Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training initiative aimed at equipping new recruits with the essential skills needed for their role, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing candidates. This program provides hands-on learning through collaboration with experienced leaders and current team members, ensuring participants gain the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.
New recruits are classified as non-exempt employees during the training period, which typically lasts for 13 weeks. They are compensated at an hourly rate of $25.30. During this period, overtime hours may be available at the discretion of leadership.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are promoted to the Recruiter 1 role, becoming exempt employees with a salary of $70,304 and the potential for uncapped commission earnings.
