A Recruiter Trainee Program Overview
The Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training initiative aimed at developing the foundational skills necessary for a recruiter, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing candidates. Trainees gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced leaders and current team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.
Trainees are classified as non-exempt employees during the training period, which typically lasts 13 weeks. They are compensated at an hourly rate of $23.28, with the possibility of overtime hours at the discretion of leadership.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are promoted to the position of Recruiter 1, becoming exempt employees with a salary of $70,304 and the potential for uncapped commission earnings.
