Recruiter (6+ month project)

RTCA · Chatsworth, California, United States · 1 mo ago
On-siteHuman Resources$25–$30/hrTemporary
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About RTCA (maybe heading "About the role"? Actually they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have content: About RTCA (company description). Then "How You’ll Make an Impact" (maybe "About the role"?). Then "What you’ll be doing as a Recruiter:" (Responsibilities). Then "Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):" (Requirements/Qualifications). Then "Preferred Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):" maybe also Qualifications or Skills? Could combine. Then "Compensation and Benefits:" includes benefits and pay range. So we need separate Benefits and Pay sections if present. The posting states: "Compensation and Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. ... The Recruiter Compensation range for onsite California applicants is $25 - 30/hr. commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ." Thus we have Benefits (list of benefits) and Pay (range). Also schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove those lines. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Recruiter (implied). Not to put as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: Possibly: - About the role (or About RTCA?). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate. We have company description: maybe "About RTCA" not in list but we could use "About the role" for role description? But they said "About the role" as example. Could use "About the role" heading for the initial description about RTCA and impact? Might be okay. Better: Use "About the role" for the company overview and impact statement? Or we could split: "About RTCA" not in list but we could still use

About RTCA? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings. Thus we can have:

    About the role

containing the RTCA description and How You’ll Make an Impact? Might be okay. Then

    Responsibilities

for the bullet list of duties. Then

    Requirements

    for Required Qualifications. Then

    Qualifications

for Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Skills? But we have both required and preferred; we could combine under Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as separate possible headings. We could put Required Qualifications under

    Requirements

    and Preferred Qualifications under

    Qualifications

    . That seems fine. Then

    Benefits

    for list of benefits. Then

    Pay

for compensation range. We should not include Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" in Pay section? Actually we can include the range; the phrase "commensurate with experience" is okay as it's substantive? It's not filler like "not specified". It's okay. We need to remove boilerplate lines: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also lines about Export Control compliance? That is substantive? It says "This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required." That is a requirement (citizenship). Should we keep? It's substantive. It's not EEO boilerplate. It's a specific requirement. We should keep it under Requirements maybe. Also lines about "Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also lines about "Applicants wishing to receive information on RTCA’s Affirmative Action Plans..." etc. Remove. Also lines about "Candidates will receive consideration without discrimination..." Remove. Also lines about "Qualified individuals with disabilities..." Remove. Also lines about "This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements..." Keep. Also lines about "RTCA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer." Remove. Also lines about "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." Remove. Now we need to extract substantive content. Let's parse the posting: About RTCA: paragraph describing RTCA. How You’ll Make an Impact: paragraph describing recruiter role. What you’ll be doing as a Recruiter: list of duties (bullet-like sentences). We'll turn into
    • . Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience): list of bullet-like sentences. Preferred Qualifications (Education, skills and experience): list. Compensation and Benefits: list of benefits and pay range. We need to separate benefits and pay. Benefits list: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Choice of medical plan options, including a no-cost employee-only coverage plan HSA-eligible health plan with employer contributions Basic and supplemental life insurance Long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan with up to a 6% QACA company match Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and nine (9) paid company holidays Shift differentials for applicable off-shifts Discretionary bonus programs based on position and company performance Pay: The Recruiter Compensation range for onsite California applicants is $25 - 30/hr. commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ. We could keep the pay sentence as is. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" as placeholder? It's not filler; it's actual phrase. It's okay. Now produce HTML. Structure:
