We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for an on-site team in Twinsburg, Ohio. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage recruiting activities independently, and collaborate effectively with hiring partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from gathering hiring needs through offer delivery and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates with relevant experience through multiple channels and build pipelines for current and anticipated openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and prioritize urgent staffing needs.
- Review applications, conduct phone and virtual screenings, and recommend strong candidates for next-stage interviews.
- Arrange interview schedules, coordinate communication between candidates and stakeholders, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Prepare and extend employment offers while supporting timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep recruitment documentation up to date.
- Use Microsoft tools and recruiting platforms to track activity, organize workflows, and report on hiring progress.
- Contribute to solving recruiting challenges by managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and working proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or in-house talent acquisition environment.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal supervision.
- Experience sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple openings and competing deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative, and a results-oriented approach to recruitment.
