Primary location: Albuquerque, NM

Responsibilities

• Recruit for security officer positions: phone screens, interviewing, job offers, and internal transfers
• Assist with new hire training and orientation
• Participate in hiring events
• Maintain personnel files
• Conduct various HR / administrative duties
• Provide District Manager support

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer / technology skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the USA
• Ability to read, speak, and write English

Basic HR knowledge preferred, but not required.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
