About the Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader and joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of U.S.-based positions across functions including Product, Technology, Creative, Content, Finance, and Corporate.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify and engage talent, and guide candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment process. You may also support specialized and confidential searches, including recruiting for the CEO's Family Office.

This role is well suited for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing, building relationships, managing multiple searches, and using market insights and data to improve recruiting outcomes. You will play an important role in creating a positive candidate experience while representing Roundglass and our mission of holistic wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based roles across Product, Technology, Creative, Content, Finance, Corporate, and other business functions.
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle from screening and assessment through interviews, references, offer support, and successful onboarding.
  • Support specialized and confidential searches, including professional and domestic staffing for the CEO’s Family Office, as needed.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely, transparent, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, networking, talent communities, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, with a focus on identifying high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to understand candidate availability, competitive hiring activity, compensation trends, and relevant market conditions.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and align on the interview and selection process.
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant pipeline, talent market, and candidate insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate recruiting kickoff meetings and hiring debriefs to maintain an effective, consistent, and timely selection process.

Recruiting Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruiting metrics.
  • Use technology, AI, automation, and recruiting tools to improve sourcing, productivity, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements while ensuring recruiting activities align with company policies, employment requirements, and established recruiting practices.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience supporting U.S.-based hiring across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer support.
  • Strong sourcing and talent identification skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, manage candidate pipelines, share relevant market insights, and support effective hiring decisions.
  • Experience recruiting across a combination of technology, product, creative, content, finance, or corporate functions, with exposure to leadership, confidential, or specialized searches preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. talent market and recruiting practices, with the ability to use market research, recruiting data, and pipeline metrics to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies; experience using AI, automation, or other tools to improve recruiting efficiency is a plus.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships.

Pay

Anticipated salary / compensation: $80,000–$110,000 yearly. Experience: 4–6 years.
