About the role

Citizens and non-citizens residing in the U.S. or U.S. territories for three or more years are eligible. Duties include circulating equipment, resolving customer complaints, assisting patrons, planning events, and providing work guidance.

Responsibilities

• Circulates among patrons to ensure satisfactory service.
• Receives and resolves customer complaints.
• Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
• Aids patrons in the use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
• Plans, conducts, publicizes, and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
• Must meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactory completion of an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
