Responsibilities
- Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
- Receives and resolves customer complaints.
- Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, and teaching classes.
- Assists in planning, conducting, and arranging support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.

- NF-01 Qualifications: No work experience required.
- NF-02 Qualifications: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
