Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Adult Residential Support Professional Seeking compassionate professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. Responsibilities include providing daily support, encouragement, and structure; monitoring resident well-being; administering or overseeing medications; assisting with daily living tasks like meals, housekeeping, and laundry; maintaining accurate confidential documentation; responding to emergencies; supporting residents' treatment goals; transporting residents; collecting urine specimens and breathalyzer tests; facilitating educational and life skills activities; and attending staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience in human services or behavioral health is preferred; coursework in social work or related fields is a plus; strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently; valid driver’s license; and DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed post-hire. Local travel may be required. Pay rate is $17.75/hour, with schedule on 2nd shift, including every other weekend.
