Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

The role of Adult Residential Support Professional involves providing compassionate, trauma-informed care in a recovery center for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key responsibilities include supporting residents' recovery, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, and facilitating educational activities. The role also involves transporting residents, collecting specimens, attending meetings, and performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications required are a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong communication and teamwork skills, maintain professional boundaries, and hold a valid driver’s license. DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. This position supports residents' treatment goals in a safe environment, contributing to their recovery journey. Local travel may be necessary.
