Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Adult Residential Support Professional Seeking compassionate individuals to support adults recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential program. Responsibilities include providing daily support, encouragement, and structure to help residents build healthy, sober lives. Key duties involve monitoring resident well-being, documenting observations, administering or overseeing medications, assisting with daily tasks such as meals and housekeeping, and responding to emergencies or crises. The role also includes facilitating educational and life skills activities, transporting residents, collecting urine specimens, and attending staff trainings. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries. A valid driver’s license is required. DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. Local travel may be necessary. Schedule:** 2nd shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.), including every other weekend.Pay:** $17.75/hour.
