Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities Support residents' recovery efforts with daily encouragement and structureMonitor and document resident well-being, administer or oversee medication managementAssist with daily living activities such as meals, housekeeping, and laundryRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesFacilitate educational and life skills activitiesCollect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as neededMaintain accurate, confidential documentation and participate in staff meetings and trainingPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework toward related degrees is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver's license with acceptable recordFire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration training preferred but can be completed post-hire Additional Details: The role involves local travel (up to 50%) within the community. The position is scheduled for 2nd shift and offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour.
