Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides vital support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old. Key Responsibilities Support and encourage residents on their recovery journeyMonitor and document resident well-being while maintaining confidentialityAdminister or oversee medication complianceAssist with daily tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and laundryRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyHelp residents achieve treatment goals and participate in educational or life skills activitiesTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesCollect specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and training sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesValid driver's license with an acceptable recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration is preferred but can be obtained post-hire Additional Notes: The role involves local travel within the community, and the position offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour for the second shift, including every other weekend.
