Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery by providing daily encouragement, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, facilitating activities, and supporting treatment goals. Also includes transportation, collecting specimens, and attending trainings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or related fields preferred; coursework in social work or psychology advantageous. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license required. Additional info: Some local travel may be needed. DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. This role offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour, with responsibilities focused on providing a safe, supportive environment to foster recovery and life skills development.
