Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

The role of an Adult Residential Support Professional involves providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to residents in a recovery center for adults recovering from substance use disorders. Key duties include encouraging residents' recovery effortsmonitoring well-being and documenting observationsadministering medications per policiesassisting with daily tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and laundryresponding to emergencies and crisis situationstransporting residents to appointments and activitiescollecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer testsfacilitating educational and life skills activitiesattending staff meetings and training and performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications** include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in human services or behavioral health. Coursework in related fields and strong communication skills are advantageous.
