Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities Support and encourage residents in their recovery journeyMonitor resident well-being and document observationsAdminister or oversee medication managementAssist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, and laundryMaintain accurate, confidential documentationRespond effectively to emergencies or crisesSupport residents in meeting treatment goalsTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesCollect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as neededFacilitate educational and life skills activitiesParticipate in staff meetings and training sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration is preferred but can be completed after hire Additional Details: The position involves local travel within the community and offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour. The role requires working 2nd shift hours and every other weekend.
