Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities include supporting residents' recovery, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, and facilitating activities. Transporting residents, collecting urine specimens, and attending staff meetings and training are also part of the role. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in related fields advantageous. Must possess strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries. A valid driver’s license and DHS 83 training (or willingness to complete post-hire) are preferred. Local travel may be required based on program needs.
