Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Summary: This role involves providing compassionate support to adults recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include encouraging residents, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, and supporting residents' treatment goals. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or related fields preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries. Additional duties include transporting residents, facilitating activities, and attending trainings. Some local travel may be necessary. The role offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour and involves working on the 2nd shift, including every other weekend.
