Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities: Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to residents recovering from substance use disorders, including monitoring well-being, documenting observations, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, responding to emergencies, transporting residents, collecting specimens, facilitating activities, and attending trainings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in social work or related fields a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently; valid driver's license; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire. Key skills: Compassion, professionalism, confidentiality, crisis response, and ability to work in a trauma-informed environment. This role involves supporting residents' recovery journey, maintaining safety, and ensuring compliance with program policies in a safe, respectful environment.
