Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to residents in a recovery center for women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities Support residents' recovery by offering encouragement and daily assistanceMonitor and document residents' well-being and progressAdminister or oversee medication management and conduct assessments like breathalyzer testsAssist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, and laundryRespond effectively to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesFacilitate educational and life skills activitiesMaintain confidentiality and accurate documentationParticipate in staff meetings and training sessionsPerform additional duties as needed Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is advantageous. Must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and DHS 83 training preferred, but can be completed after hire. Additional Details: 2nd shift schedule, local travel up to 50%, competitive hourly pay, and a commitment to providing a respectful, safe environment for residents.
