Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities Support residents in their recovery journey through daily encouragement and structureMonitor resident well-being, document observations, and respond to emergenciesAdminister or oversee medication, assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasksMaintain confidentiality and accurate documentationTransport residents to appointments and facilitate educational or life skills activitiesCollect urine specimens and perform breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and training, perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordDHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire Additional Details Support role involves local travel (up to 50%) as neededCompensation: $17.75/hourShift: 2nd shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.), including every other weekend
