Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women and mothers with infants. In this role, you will support residents’ recovery journey by providing daily assistance, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring resident well-being and documenting observationsadministering or monitoring medicationsassisting with meal prep, housekeeping, and daily living tasksresponding to emergencies and crisis situationstransporting residents to appointments and activitiescollecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer testsfacilitating educational or life skills activitiesattending staff meetings and trainingsperforming other duties as assigned Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or related fields preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates should maintain professional boundaries, work independently, and possess a valid driver’s license. DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed post-hire. Local travel within the community may be required. Compensation: $17.75/hour, Schedule: 2nd shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.), including every other weekend.
