Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities Support residents in their recovery journey with daily encouragement and structureMonitor and document residents' well-being and progressAdminister or oversee medication management following policiesAssist with daily living tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and laundryMaintain accurate, confidential documentationRespond effectively to emergencies or crisesHelp residents achieve treatment goals and facilitate educational or life skills activitiesTransport residents to appointments and community activities as neededCollect specimens and administer breathalyzer tests when requiredParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields advantageousStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with a good driving recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred but can be completed after hire Additional Details: 2nd shift hours, local travel required, and commitment to a safe, respectful environment.
