Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery, monitor well-being, document observations, administer medications, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, facilitate activities, transport residents, collect specimens, and attend trainings. Maintain confidentiality and support residents in achieving treatment goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work independently are essential. Valid driver's license required; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire. Additional info: Local travel may be needed. Compensation is $17.75/hour. The position involves working on the 2nd shift, including every other weekend.
