Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional supporting individuals in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women with substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to residentsMonitor and document resident well-being and progressAdminister or oversee medication managementAssist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasksRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelySupport residents in achieving treatment goals and attending appointmentsCollect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as neededFacilitate educational and life skills activitiesMaintain confidentiality and accurate documentationAttend staff meetings and training sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredProgress toward a degree in social work, psychology, or related field is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred but can be completed after hire Additional: May require local travel within the community (up to 50%).
