Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Provides daily support and encouragement to residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities Support residents' recovery and monitor their well-beingDocument observations and maintain confidentialityAdminister or monitor medications per program policiesAssist with daily tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, and laundryRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelySupport residents in achieving treatment goals and facilitate life skills activitiesTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesCollect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and trainingsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with acceptable recordTraining in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred but can be completed after hire Additional Details: 2nd shift hours, local travel may be required. Compensation is $17.75/hour.
