Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities Support residents' recovery through encouragement, daily support, and structureMonitor and document resident well-being, administer or oversee medication useAssist with daily tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and life skills activitiesRespond to emergencies, crisis situations, and support residents in achieving treatment goalsTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesCollect urine specimens, administer breathalyzer tests, and maintain confidentiality in documentationParticipate in staff meetings and training, and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredCoursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently, maintain professional boundaries, and possess a valid driver’s licenseTraining in Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration preferred but can be completed after hire Additional info: Local travel may be required.
