Responsibilities
- Issues ID badges, confirms authorization for assigning restricted access to badge holders, fingerprinting, collects and deposits money (70%)
- Resolves ID badge user access issues and related problems
- Provides assistance to Human Resources, Corporate, Medical Education, Pharmacy, Payroll, and all other OhioHealth Departments regarding ID badge production, special projects, questions, and concerns (20%)
- Troubleshoots ID badge equipment and software (10%)
- Trains new staff on the use of the ID system
- Creates and maintains user manuals
- Orders ID center supplies
- Produces user reports and collects data
- Handles advertisement, ordering supplies, and contacting outside vendors for equipment and software issues
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (Required)
- Additional vocational or training in computer science or information technology
- Proficient with PC environment and applications
- Experience with systems maintenance and reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Basic math skills
- One to two years of related experience
Schedule
Day shift, 40 scheduled weekly hours.
