Receiving Supervisor

About the role

As a Receiving Supervisor at Lockheed Martin, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving and inspection of incoming materials and goods. This includes ensuring compliance with quality standards and facilitating smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving and inspection of all incoming materials and goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate efficient and effective operations by coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to receiving and inspection.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to incoming shipments promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to receiving activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

Schedule
