Receiving Supervisor
The Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. They supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators; manage the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
- Manage storage buy transactions, handling receiving errors, and managing product staging.
- Maintain warehouse equipment through preventive maintenance programs and communicate necessary repairs to CEM and/or Operations Manager.
- Ensure a safe and clean workplace for employees and comply with OSHA regulations.
- Train and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve problems, coordinating with other departments for efficient warehouse operations.
- Complete activity reports for management, monitor paperwork flow from receiving to inventory control specialist, resolve discrepancies, and execute Storage Buy Audit COP.
- Oversee inventory rotation and ensure proper storage to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
- Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating, and follow-up skills.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Competent in basic mathematical calculations and computer skills (Windows-based systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
- Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Pay
Pay Range: $15.40 - $23.60
Schedule
Store Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
