Real Estate & Leasing Expert

This remote, project-based role is for U.S.-based real estate and leasing professionals who can create and provide high-quality industry data for AI training and research. Deliverables may include synthetic, public, or properly authorized rent rolls, CAM reconciliation workbooks, valuation models, investment committee materials, and risk assessments. Location United States only Engagement Flexible contract projects Compensation $100/hour Schedule Flexible; varies by project What you’ll do Create realistic real estate and leasing datasets, with an initial focus on rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, valuation workbooks, investment committee decks, and risk assessments.Document asset type, market, lease terms, assumptions, calculations, decision criteria, and known limitations so each artifact can be interpreted correctly.Review financial and operational relationships for accuracy, including occupancy, recoveries, cash flow, valuation inputs, and portfolio-level risk factors.Use public, synthetic, or fully authorized materials and remove tenant, owner, borrower, investor, and property-specific confidential information where required. Required Qualifications Currently based in the United States.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Professional experience in leasing, property management, asset management, acquisitions, appraisal, development, brokerage, or real estate finance.Working knowledge of common lease, valuation, operating, and investment-review workflows.Strong quantitative reasoning, written communication, and attention to document provenance and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience preparing rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, valuation workbooks, investment committee decks, or portfolio risk reviews.Familiarity with commercial real estate systems, lease abstraction, ARGUS, underwriting, or institutional reporting.An active real estate, appraisal, property-management, or related professional credential.
