About the role

We pay $100/hour for professionals to help us understand and evaluate data from Excel, property-management platforms, valuation tools, and related systems. Relevant data includes rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, valuation workbooks, investment committee decks, and risk assessments.

There are two ways to work with us:

• Review and advise. Explain leasing, asset-management, underwriting, valuation, and investment-review workflows.
• Authorized contribution. Work with data you own or are legally permitted to license.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, or valuation models
• Background in commercial real estate, asset management, property management, leasing, acquisitions, underwriting, or real estate finance
• Experience with investment committee decks, risk assessments, leases, or LOIs
• Based in the United States
