Real Estate Lease Specialist

This fully hybrid role supports our growing real estate portfolio and plays a key part in site expansion and lease optimization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation
- Track critical lease dates including expirations, renewal options, rent escalations, and notice periods
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet obligations
- Prepare lease abstracts and maintain accurate records within lease management systems
- Support lease negotiations by gathering data, preparing documentation, and coordinating communication
- Assist with real estate transactions including new site acquisitions, relocations, and closures
- Review and process rent payments, invoices, and reconciliation of landlord charges
- Collaborate with accounting, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on lease-related matters
- Maintain organized digital and physical lease files and documentation
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and lease optimization
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with lease accounting standards (ASC 842), preferred
