Lease Specialist

About the role

Texas Roadhouse is seeking Lease Specialists to join their Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain lease and landlord data, prepare rent payment schedules, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain lease and landlord data within the CoStar system
• Prepare weekly and monthly rent payment schedules across a large portfolio
• Review annual CAM reconciliations and investigate/dispute discrepancies as needed
• Partner with Legal and Real Estate teams to resolve property-related issues
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate landlord payment setup
• Communicate lease-related expenses to accounting teams and operators
• Safeguard confidential financial and lease information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration, or accounting support
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; experience with Microsoft D365 or similar payment systems a plus
• Able to stay organized and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
